She was born April 21, 2008, to Jimmy and Sonia Gonzales in Lubbock. Zenida Gregoria Gonzales was born with many special needs. Throughout her life, she proved several theories incorrect and continued to astonish her physicians and her family. Zenida was a true fighter until she was called to be with the other Angels in Heaven. She was preceded in death by her Great Grandmother, Gregoria Salinas-Salas. As she left a legacy of strength, courage & endurance, Zenida Gregoria Gonzales became a part of a beautiful Christmas Story this Christmas.

She is survived by her parents, Jimmy and Sonia Gonzales of Brownfield; three sisters, Savannah, Yesenia and Marisol Gonzales; four grandparents, Gabino and Hortencia Arellano of Brownfield, and Conrad and Alicia Camacho of Sundown.
