Goldston, 69, of Brownfield passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2007, at
her home. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 25th, at
Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Payne officiating. Patty was born on August 3, 1937, in Claremont to James and Bertha Durham. She moved with her family to Brownfield in 1946. She married Bob Rimer on August 14, 1955 in Brownfield. He preceded her in death on November 18, 1985. She then married Gerald Goldston on June 5, 1992, in Post, Texas. She worked for Tri-Matic for 15 years, Brownfield State Bank for 20 years, and she retired from B&E in 1998. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Donald Dale Durham. She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Dale Hancock of Brownfield and Meg Gann and her husband, Glen, of Midland and five sons, Brandon Rimer of Brownfield, Jeff Rimer and his wife, Dina of Edmond, Okla., Dennis Rimer of New Braunfels, Lynn Goldston and his wife, Kim of Midland, and Vic Goldston of Brownfield. She is also survived by one sister Vanda Beth Mason of Lubbock; one brother, James Durham of Florissant, Colo.; 17 Grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
