Flores Gallardo, age 74, went to be with the Lord July 28, 2011, in
Lubbock. Funeral Services for Mrs. Gallardo will be at 10:00 A.M.,
Saturday, July 30, 2011, at the First Baptist Church in Meadow with
Rev. Raul Gutierrez officiating. Graveside services will follow at
Meadow Cemetery. Concepcion was born December 8, 1936, to Bernabe and Patricia Flores in Lubbock, Texas. She moved to Meadow in 1955. Conchita was a Bible reading prayer warrior who enjoyed singing to her family. She loved to do embroidery and spend lots of time with her whole family. Those left to cherish her memory are husband, of 51 years, Miguel Gallardo of the home; 2 Sons: Mike Gallardo, Jr. of Meadow and Eddy Gallardo and wife Joetta of Lubbock; 3 Daughters: Bertha Estrada and husband Manuel, Sylvia Sanchez and husband Bobby and Irma G. Rodriguez and husband Miguel all of Meadow; 3 Sisters: Cuca Solis of Wolfforth, Francis Mata of LaSalle, Colorado and Baly Molina of Lubbock. She also leaves behind 8 Grandchildren and 1 Great- Granddaughter. She is preceded in death by her parents; 3 Brothers: Daniel Flores, Jesus Flores and Eulogio Flores; 2 Sisters: Lidia Garza and Maria Jimenez and 2 Grandchildren: Amri Rodriguez and Mike Rodriguez, Jr. The family request that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Fresenius Dialysis Center-Redbud, 1126 Slide Road, Lubbock, Texas 79416. |
