Graveside services for Betty Tyler Frazier, 85, of Brownfield will be held at 10
a.m.
Thursday, June 22, in the Terry County Memorial Cemetery.
Memorial services
will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 22, in the First United Methodist Church
with
Rev. Travis Hart officiating.
Mrs. Frazier died Monday, June 19, 2006, in Plainview. She was born
June 23, 1920,
in O'Donnell to Amon R. Tyler and Ruth Jacobson Tyler and was married to
Kenneth D. Frazier on April 12. 1952. He died 17 Mar 1960.
She graduated from O'Donnell High School and Draughn's Business College and
was employed in the Terry County Courthouse for 30 years including 26 years in
which
she served as District Clerk until her retirement. She was a member
of the
Terry County Heritage Museum Board, Eastern Star and the First United
Methodist Church.
Mrs. Frazier is survived by one daughter: Charlcey Dickson and her
husband, Don, of
Plainview and two grandchildren: Kyle Tyler Dickson and Suzanne Starr Dickson.
She
was preceded in death by her parents and one brother: William Jacobson "Mutt"Tyler.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Terry County Heritage
Museum
or the charity of your choice.
