Thomas Edward Ellis, 71, of Lubbock were held Saturday, June 20,
2009, at Brownfield Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Land
officiating. Mr. Ellis died June 19, 2009. Burial was in
Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield
Funeral Home. Edward was born Nov. 18, 1937, in Lamesa to T. M. "Pete" and Elva Ellis. He attended Brownfield schools and was a U.S. Navy veteran. He is preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Joyce Ellis; two brothers, Ross and J. T. Ellis; a son, Rusty Ellis; and a grandson. Edward is survived by his daughter, Michelle Ellis of Amarillo; a son, Steve Ellis and wife Lecia of Austin; a sister, Ann Ellis of Lubbock; and three grandchildren. Brownfield News |
