Dugger, 89, of Seminole were held Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2008, at
Brownfield First Christian Church with Rev. Mike Click officiating
and Rev. Ken Reeder assisting. Interment followed in the Terry
County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral
Home. Ann passed away on Sept. 12, 2008, in Seminole. She was born on Aug. 15, 1919, in Sydney to Walter and Sarah Elizabeth Trice. She graduated from Old Glory High School. She married Bill Dugger on Jan. 19, 1941, in Rochester. They moved to Brownfield in 1946. He preceded her in death in 2000. Ann worked for General Telephone Company in Brownfield as a communications consultant, retiring in 1975. She was a member of the Business and Professional Women's Club (BPW), the Pioneer Association, and Brownfield First Christian Church. She is also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, three sisters, and a daughter; Kara Janelle Dugger, in 1945. Ann is survived by her son, Gary Dugger and his wife Carman of Seminole; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Ann will be in state on Monday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Brownfield News |
