Obituary for
Ernest Dishman, Jr.

Services for Ernest Dishman, Jr., a longtime Brownfield resident, will be held
at 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday,
October 19, 2005, at the First United Methodist Church in Brownfield under
the direction
of Brownfield Funeral Home.
Mr. Dishman passed away Friday, October 14, after a sudden illness, in Covenant
Hospital.
He will be laid to
rest beside his wife, Carolyn, with graveside services at the Frankston City
Cemetery in
Frankston, Texas.
Mr. Dishman was the son of Ernest and LillyBell Dishman of Big Lake, Texas, and
worked
for Amerada Hess
Oil Company for over 35 years. He is survived by a brother, Jim
Dishman
of Jacksonville,
Texas; a son, Chuck Dishman, daughter-in-law, Patti Dishman, a daughter,
Debra Secrist,
son-in-law, Ronald Secrist, and three grandsons, Monty Floyd, Zach Dishman,
and Matthew Dishman,
and his beloved dog, Red. All are residents of Lubbock.
