Virginia Danielson

Memorial services for Virginia Danielson, 79, of Brownfield, will be held
July 7, 2006, in Fort Bliss National Cemetery in El Paso.
Mrs. Danielson died Thursday, May 25, 2006, in Brownfield. She was
born
March 1, 1927, in LaJunta, Colo., and was married to Floyd Danielson on
Oct 1, 1974. He preceded her in death. She was also
preceded in death by her
first husband, Hugh Ralston, and by one stepson, Shawn Danielson.
Mrs. Danielson and her husband lived in Capitan, NM, where they were active
members of the local Senior Center and were representatives at both State and
National Senior Olympics where they earned several medals.
She is survived by two sons: Randy Ralston and his wife, Sue, of
Brownfield and
Ronald Ralston and his wife, Darlene, of Dallas, and by one daughter: Marta
Barringer
and her husband, Steve, of Hobbs, NM.
She is also survived by four stepdaughters: Geraldine Sawitz and her
husband,
Reb, of Wildomar, Calif; Kathy Birdseye and her husband, Walter, of Tacoma,
Wash.;
Cynthia Carso and her husband, Joe, of Florence, Ore., and LeAnne Baile of
Tarzana,
Calif., and by 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
