Mae Christesson, 67, of Brownfield will be at 10am, Tuesday, October
11, 2011, at Brownfield Church of Christ with Joey Cummings
officiating. Burial will be in Terry County Cemetery under the
direction of Brownfield Funeral Home. Ida Mae passed away Saturday, October 8, 2011, in Lubbock. She was born November 30, 1943, in Brownfield to Mark and Leona Ivey. She attended Brownfield Schools. Ida Mae married Joe Christesson on July 6, 1962 in Brownfield. She was a member of the Hillside Church of Christ in Plains. She is preceded in death by her father. Ida Mae is survived by her husband Joe; two sons, Johnny Christesson and wife Rachel of Brownfield and Michael Christesson and friend Hazel of Brownfield; four grandchildren, Joseph, Tiffany, Amber and Austin; 5 great grandchildren; her mother, Leona Harbin of Brownfield; two brothers, David Ivey and wife Nelda of Katy and James Ivey and wife Brenda of Tyler.
