Walter Creed Cabe, 79, of Brownfield will be at 2 pm, Thursday,
April 7, 2011, at Brownfield Church of Christ with Bob Reynolds and
Bo Shero officiating. Burial will be in Terry County Memorial
Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home. There will be a family visitation from 6 to 8pm Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Creed passed away Monday, April 4, 2011, in Lubbock. He was born November 6, 1931, to L. B. and Lorraine Cabe. He attended Wellman and Forrester Schools and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He married Mildred Joan Flowers on April 16, 1961, in Meadow. Creed worked his whole life doing what he loved most, farming. He was a member of Brownfield Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Mildred of Brownfield; 2 sons, Robert Cabe and wife Angie and their children Forrest and Hunter of Wichita Falls and Gary Cabe and wife Katy and their children, Justin and wife Amanda, Kristen and Jason all of Brownfield; and a brother, Don Cabe, of Marion |
