Esta Fae Beavers Berryhill, 74, of Brownfield were held Monday,
March 2, 2009, at Brownfield Church of Christ with Bob Reynolds, Bo
Shero and Homer Jones officiating. Burial will be in Terry County
Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
Esta Fae was born December 11, 1934, in Childress County to Jim and Irene Beavers. She moved to the Wellman community in Terry County in 1947. She graduated from Wellman High School in 1953 and Draughon's Business College in 1954. Esta Fae married Jimmie E. Berryhill on March 17, 1955. Jimmie and Esta Fae made their home in the Wellman community until moving to Brownfield in 2003. She was very active with Brownfield Church of Christ, working with World Bible School and Thursday School. She was a Bible class teacher for many years. Esta Fae centered her life around helping others. She is preceded in death by a brother, Cliff Beavers. Esta Fae is survived by a daughter, Natalie Beth Bryant and husband Steve of Lubbock; a son, James Alan Berryhill and wife Pam of Brownfield; five grandchildren, Amber Berryhill of Abilene, Chelsy Yeager and husband Caleb of Lubbock, Tagen Berryhill of Lubbock, Shane Bryant of San Angelo and Faryn Bryant of Lubbock; one great-grandson, Braylin Yeager of Lubbock; two sisters, Lorene Wolf of Terrell and Glenna Burns of Lubbock.
