Born March 23, 1912 in Paducah, TX to W S & Fannie B. (Brown) Daniell. She died Feb 15, 1990 in Lubbock, TX. She is buried in Terry County Memorial Cemetery. Married #1 to Brewer, married #2 Ray Christopher (1910-1984) a realtor and rancher in Terry Co. One child, Elna Ray Christopher who lives in Austin and works for the State of Texas Bertie Lee was a Registered Nurse for many years.
He was born May 23, 1904 in Paducah, Tx, the oldest of 7 children of W S and
Fannie B. (Brown) Daniell and one of 2 sons and 3 grandsons who are
doctors.
He died March 15, 1988 in Brownfield, Terry Co. TX.
He is buried in Terry Co. Memorial Cemetery.
He was a graduate of Brownfield High School and Hardin Simmons in
Abilene.
He attended the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston,
receiving his medical degree in August 1933.
He practiced family practice. He and Dr. Lester Treadaway, started
the
Treadaway-Daniell Hospital in Brownfield, the first hospital in
Brownfield,
which remained open until Dr. Treadaway retired in 1958, it was
then
sold to the Terry Co. Hospital District. Dr Daniell remained in
private
practice until 1979, retiring after 46 years of practice. He remained
in
Brownfield, living at home until his death.
Married Mabel Fouts, Aug 30 1930 and had two children, Scharlynn
Daniell
Ribble & Dr. A.R. 'Ronnie' Daniell.
Mabel Fouts Daniell, died in
1976.
She was born July 8, 1906 in Paducah TX to W S & Fannie B. (Brown) Daniell. She died Feb 1986 in Alberquerque NM and is buried in Sunset Memorial Park. She had no children. She was married to James M. Barney, a full blood indian, who is buried there too. She worked for many years as a secretary for the US Government in Alberqueque.
H. B. (Hubert Bithel) Parks born in 1919 Quanah Tx died in 1971 in Brownfield Texas, married Ferne A. Daniell and had 2 sons: Bithel Dan 'Danny' and Barry Lee Parks. H.B. served in WW2 and was active in both American Legion and VFW, he was a Mason. He is buried in Terry Co. Memorial Park.
