My fathers mother surrounded by some of her children. The boy standing is possibly a neighbor or a nephew. The womans name is Iva (Donaldson) Waters. Her husband, James Franklin Waters, is not in the picture as he was away when the photographer dropped by.

According to family history, this picture was made in 1904 at the Waters home place near Point Texas , probably in or near what was known as Wattsville.

I believe my grandmother Waters was the daughter of T.W. and America Donaldson, who are buried in the Coats Cemetery just outside of Point.
