October 11, 1912

The little 5 months old baby of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Spencer died Wednesday morning about 5 o'clock and its remains were interred in the Pilgrims Rest cemetery Thursday.

To our many friends in both town and country who so kindly and faithfully assisted us during the illness and at the death of our little babe, Herman, we desire to return our sincere thanks. Roy & Mattie Spencer
