Mrs. Emma Richardson

Mrs. Emma Richardson, 80, of Bay City died Wednesday evening in Matagorda County Hospital, Bay City.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Catherine Hawkins and Mrs. Ruby Barrett of Galveston and Mrs. Mary L. Hawkins of Cedar Lane, Texas; three sons, G. M. Richardson and Lawrence Richardson of Galveston and Eddie R. Richardson of Bay City; a sister, Mrs. Lureita Abbott of Houston; 15 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Sunday in Berean Missionary Baptist Church, Bay City, the Rev. C. Banks officiating with arrangements under the direction of Penn funeral home.

Burial will be in the family plot in Buckner Prairie, Texas.
