Kynerd and to this union were born four children, three of whom survive; two sons, G. R. Kynerd, of Palacios and F. B. For fifty years Mrs. Kynerd had been a member of the Church of Christ and lived a consistent Christian life. She was a devoted mother, and loved by all who saw her. As she had lived in Palacios but a short time, very few of our citizens had learned to know her, but El Campo where she had lived for a number of years she had formed a large circle of friends, many of whom were here Friday for the services which were held at the Brandon-Duffy Funeral Chapel, among them Rev. A. W. DeGuire who officiated. To the bereaved we extend our deepest sympathy.
