Lorraine B. Jeter

Memorial services for Lorraine B. Jeter, 85, of Houston, are scheduled for 11 a. m. today at Bay Area Christian Church in Webster with the Rev. Don Tapp officiating. The body will be cremated.

Mrs. Jeter died Jan. 5, 1994.

A retired librarian for the City of Houston, she was a former member of the Harris County Historical Society and resident of Houston for 60 years.

Survivors include a sister, Barbara Deerman of Angleton; grandchildren, Robert Bruce Jeter Jr. and Theresa of Pasadena, Suzan Lynn Jeter of Shelbyville; Todd Brent Jeter and Julie of Round Rock and great-grandchildren, Lydia, Laura, Robert III and Matthew Jeter.

She was preceded in death by her husband William Byron Jeter in 1992.

Arrangements are with Pasadena Funeral Chapel of Pasadena.
