Pneumonia claimed another victim yesterday in the death of Louis Hamilton McIntosh at the Bay City Hospital. The funeral took place this afternoon after service held at the home of Mr. Jim Carson, a brother-in-law. Matagorda County Tribune, Friday, October 18, 1918

Ernest Hamilton McIntosh Sr., 76, of Bay City died Apr. 21 at his home. Survivors include: wife, Trixie McIntosh of Bay City; daughters, Mary Hagaman of West Columbia, Helen Smith of Van Vleck and Martha McKissick of Palacios; sons, Ernest Jr. of Markham, Everett of Bay City, Stephen of Sweeny and Jackie of Pasadena; sisters, Aline McIntosh of Ingram, Audrey Blackwell of Oklahoma and Vevie Brinkley of Houston; brother, George of Vidor; 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held April 24 at 2 p. m. at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Thompson officiating. Interment was at the Cedarvale Cemetery with pallbearers being Lawrence Hagaman, Charlie Wayne Smith Jr., Tracy Lee Smith, Mike Hagaman, Timmy McIntosh and Phillip Walker. Thursday at Taylor Brothers Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jim Welch officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City. Mrs. McIntosh was born Feb. 10, 1910 to William Anderson and Mary Elizabeth Hughes Isaac in Bay City and died Feb. 18, 1992 at Sweeny House Nursing Home in Sweeny. A member of the First United Methodist Church in Bay City, Mrs. McIntosh was a lifelong resident of Bay City before moving to Sweeny two years ago. Survivors include three daughters, Mary Hagaman of West Columbia, Helen Smith of Blessing and Martha McKissick of Palacios; four sons, Ernest McIntosh, Everett Lloyd McIntosh and Jackie McIntosh of Bay City and Stephen McIntosh of West Columbia; a sister, Sammie Burt of Sweeny; 19 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Mike Hagaman, Timothy McIntosh, Matthew McIntosh, Chuck Smith, Tracy Smith and J. L. McIntosh. Arrangements are with Taylor Brothers Funeral Home in Bay City.

Lawrence Hagaman Funeral services for Lawrence Hagaman, 65, of West Columbia will be held 11 a. m. Thursday at Taylor Brothers Funeral Home chapel with Monsignor James Brunner officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery. A rosary was said at 7 p. m. Wednesday. Mr. Hagaman was born March 29, 1927 in Bay City to Oyer Robert and Mary Josephine Hagaman Sr. and died May 12, 1992 at his home. He was retired from Phillips Petroleum after 37 years service. A veteran of World War II, he was a member of American Legion Post 503 and the Catholic church. Survivors include his wife, Mary Elizabeth Hagaman of West Columbia; a daughter, Sue Whitt of West Columbia; two sons, Mike Hagaman of Brazoria and Billy Wooderson of West Columbia; three sisters, Margaret “Sunshine” Vandivor of Houston, Ruth Donley of Humble and Dorothy Starnes of Dickinson; two brothers, Oyer Robert Hagaman Jr. of Bay City and Sam Hagaman of Bay City and six grandchildren. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Linda Sue and Ronald Whitt of West Columbia; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Mike and Agnes Hagaman of Brazoria, and Billy Wooderson of West Columbia; two sisters, Helen Smith of Blessing, and Martha McKissick of El Maton; two brothers, Ernest H. McIntosh, Jr. of Silsbee, and Stephen McIntosh of Damon; five grandchildren, Anna M. Barr and husband, Jay, Wendy Nallie and husband, Brian, Laura Hagaman, Jay Adcock, and Roddy Adcock and wife, Melissa; and two great grandchildren, Michael Anthony Nallie and Jacob Darringer Adcock. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and her husband, Lawrence Hagaman. Pallbearers are Jay Barr, Roddy Adcock, Chuck Smith, Tracy Smith, Tim McIntosh and James Thaden. Funeral services for Everett Lloyd McIntosh, 64, of Bay City are scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, January 15, at Taylor Bros. Funeral Chapel with Dr. Joe Cannon officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City.
Everett McIntosh passed away January 12 at Matagorda General Hospital in Bay City. He was born November 2, 1933 in Bay City to E. H. McIntosh, Sr. and Trixie Isaac McIntosh. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He is survived by: his wife, Pat McIntosh of Bay City; two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen Sue and Daniel Gordon and Laurie Ann and Tony Vargas, all of Bay City; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Timothy Lloyd and Debbie McIntosh and Matthew Aaron McIntosh, all of Bay City; three sisters, Helen Smith of Blessing, Mary Hagaman of West Columbia, and Martha McKissick of El Maton; two brothers, E. H. McIntosh, Jr. of Silsby and Stephen McIntosh of West Columbia; and ten grandchildren. He was preceded in death by: his parents and two brothers, David and James Jack McIntosh.
Pallbearers include Joshua Lee Gordon, Abraham “Buzz” Vargas, Christopher Lloyd McIntosh, Tracy Lee Smith, Chuck Smith and Michael Hagaman. His grandsons will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.

Patricia "Pat" McIntosh BAY CITY - Patricia "Pat" McIntosh, 77 passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2013. Pat was born on August 26, 1935 in Marlborough, Massachusetts to the late Armand and Teresa Mayes Boulay Sr. Pat worked for many years caring for people as an Registered Nurse. She is survived by her children; Timothy McIntosh, Karen Garza, Laurie Vargas, Matthew McIntosh; ten grandchildren and nine Great-grandchildren; 4 sisters, three brothers and numerous other loving relatives. Martha McKissick, 74, of Ashby passed away on Monday, January 21, 2013. She was born on January 20, 1939 in Bay City to the late Ernest and Trixie Hughes McIntosh. Martha was a very independent woman. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Martha is survived by: her three loving daughters, Cindy Purswell and husband Adrian, Brenda Duke and husband John, and Pattie Lara; seven grandchildren, Blaine Purswell, Eric Purswell and wife Shanna, Christopher Duke and wife Hannah, Brian Duke and wife Becca, Jonathan Lara, Heather Lara, and Ceasar Lara; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Smith and husband Charlie; extended family, Terrill and Jeanie Wilson and their girls; and numerous other loving family members. She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Walter “Brother” McKissick; six brothers and sisters; and great-granddaughter, Emma Rose Maldonado. The family will receive visitors from 5 until 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. James Jack “Mac” McIntosh, 45, of Bay City passed away September 25, 1996, at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Wharton. He was born November 5, 1950 in Bay City, to E. H. and Trixie Hughes McIntosh.
He is survived by: his wife, Jackie Brumley McIntosh of Bay City; one daughter and son-in-law, Maurci and Lane Wells of Bay City; two sons and a daughter-in-law, J. J. and Chris McIntosh of Bay City and Myca Allyn McIntosh of Bay City; three sisters, Mary Hagaman of West Columbia, Helen Smith of Blessing, and Martha McKissick of El Maton; three brothers, E. H. McIntosh, Jr. of Silsby, Texas, Everett McIntosh of Bay City, and Stephen McIntosh of Damon, Texas; three grandchildren, Tray McIntosh, Ashley McIntosh, and Katelyn Wells all of Bay City; and by a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Saturday, September 28, 1996 at the First United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Marvin Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City.
