Midfield Mr. Frank Adamec passed away at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Peter Vacek of our city, on January 19, 1946, having reached the age of 85 years and eight months. Mr. Adamec was born in the Old Country in 1860. He had been sick and suffering the last two years of his life. The funeral was held at St. Peter's Catholic Church on Jan. 21, 1946, at ten a. m. by Rev. H. L. Bauman, a solemn Requiem High Mass said and he also delivered a nice sermon. Grandfather Adamec was laid to rest in Blessing Catholic cemetery. The pallbearers were: Julius, Pete and Robert Vacek, Willie Morris, Emil Miska and Emil Balusek. May he rest in peace.
