Tennie Windle Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Tennie Windle, 85, of Bay City, 1 pm Saturday at Bethel Baptist Church. Officiating at the services will be the Rev. L. C. Cunningham. Survivors include sisters, Mrs. Mable Windle of Bay City, Mrs. Mae Compton of Oakland, California; brothers, Robert Windle, Howard Windle of Bay City, Raymond Windle of Houston, a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Visitation hours are Friday afternoon. His body will lie in state at Bethel Baptist Church form 12 to 1 pm. Burial will follow services at Eastview Cemetery. Active pallbearers include Robert Lee Clark, Mike Smith, Dea. A. D. Davis, Isreal Mims, Effern Clark. Honorary pallbearers include Raymon Windle Sr., Raymon Windle Jr., Erroll Windle, Robert Windle and Charles Windle. Penn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
