 Dr. Kuykendall, son of Mathew Kuykendall, Jr. and Martha B. Talbot Kuykendall, was born May 27, 1825/26 in Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky and died August 19, 1909 in Grady County, Oklahoma. He was buried at Rose Hill Cemetery in Chickasha, Oklahoma.  Find A Grave Page

On October 6, 1854, he married first Amanda Wilson Calhoun Hunter (November 21, 1833, Oyster Creek, Coahuila y Tejas, los Estados Unidos de Mejico [Fort Bend County, TX] - d c 1869-1871).

Their children were:
