Early Probate Records

These original probate packets are located in the archives of the Matagorda County Museum and in many cases are very fragile. If you are interested in a copy of a packet, email Jennifer Bishop to check on the cost. Some packets have 50 pages or more. Some of the very early packets have problems with ink bleeding through the pages and do not copy well.
