*The booster envelope is out and everyone
should provide themselves with a liberal supply. No letter should go
from our postoffice enclosed in any other wrapper. It tells of our
numerous natural advantages, what so far has been demonstrated
achievements, our enjoyable features for pastime and pleasure, our
location and how to reach us, and contains a map of how we are
connected up with the rest of the world, just the means of conveying
to our friends the favored spot we have chosen as our homes and
invitation for them to come and live with us. It answers the
questions all of us have been asked and does it in a most concise
and explicit way. Just try 100 of them and be a booster and not the
opposite. Collegeport Chronicle, August 4, 1910 |
