Thomas Moody Lewis, 44, of Houston, passed away in Houston September 29.  Survivors include daughter, Saundra Lewis of Houston; sister, Molly Funderburk and Christine Zachary of Houston; brothers, T. C. Lewis of Freeport and Leon Lewis of Houston.

Funeral Services will be held at Taylor Brothers Funeral Home, October 3, at 10 am. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery.
