1:00 p.m.                   Official weigh-in of animals, judges, fair board members and queen contestants

3:00-5:00 p.m.          Set up for Family and Consumer Science Auction (F&CS Building)

6:30 p.m.                  Opening ceremonies, Family and Consumer Science Food Auction
