We will have all-day services Sunday; Sunday School at 10 a. m.; preaching at 11:00 o’clock; dinner will be served at the church, and Rev. J. J. Slone will bring an evangelistic message at 2 p. m. Sunday night services at 7:00 o’clock.

Everyone is invited to attend all of these services.

Rev. Frank T. Hollan is pastor of the church. We are happy to say that since Bro. Hollan and his family came here 20 months ago, the Lord has given us 72 additions to the church and almost $10,000.00 in offerings.

We urge everyone to be with us in all of these services.

The farmers in this community have been very busy in recent weeks trying to get their land in shape for the fast approaching planting season. The hum of the tractors could be heard from early morn until late afternoon as the farmers apparently took advantage of every hour of the favorable weather.

The Red Bluff Baptist Church celebrated its 50th anniversary Sunday, February 9th. There was a large crowd present, including many visitors from different churches Bro. Maxwell brought a wonderful message on the 50th or Jubilee year, found in the 16h Chapter of Jeremiah. There was one addition to the church by letter and the young man rededicated his life to the Lord and to the Church. At the noon hour dinner was served on the church lawn and almost everyone stayed to enjoy the good dinner as well as the good fellowship. In the afternoon, Bro Rice brought the doctrinal message, after which Mrs. Seale read the history of the church from the time it was organized up to the present. This history proved very interesting. After this, Bro. Maxwell delivered another fine message. He also preached Sunday night. The church took up a love offering for Bro. Westberry, who is sick at this time. We all hope that this good servant of the Master, will soon be well again.

Every one feels that the 50th anniversary program was not only very interesting and enjoyable, but highly profitable to all whose good fortune it was to be present.
