The public are hereby cautioned against purchasing or trading for certificate No. 815, for 640 acres of bounty lands issued to John Flick or his attorney, about the 1st of December, 1836, as the same was stolen from among the papers of said Flick since his decease. Again, all persons indebted to the estate of said John Flick, deceased, are positively required to come forward and settle the same, and those having claims against said estate, are requested to hand them in duly proven, within the time prescribed by law, or the same will be barred.
