Sunday September 7, 1902 pg. 4 We regret to learn of the death of the wife of our...friend Tom Ed Bomar, which we learn from the Sherman Democrat occurred in Sherman last Wednesday. Mrs. Bomar was a very exemplary woman, noted for her charitable disposition, and was greatly beloved by her neighbors and all who knew her. The Gazetteer extends sincere sympathy to the bereaved husband and children. Sherman Daily Register September 3, 1902 Nannie Bomar, wife of Tom Ed Bomar, dead. The Democrat Mrs. Tom E. Bomar of Sherman died Wednesday evening. The deceased formerly lived in McKinney and her husband edited the Black Waxy here. She leaves a husband and two sons, Spencer Bomar of Sherman and Paul Gallia of Gainesville, the latter being a son of her first marriage.
