West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas Rev. Samuel H. Wyatt 1902 - 1957 Birdie Mae Wyatt 1903 - 1989 Sherman Democrat November 15, 1989 A12 Birdie M. Wyatt, 86-year-old retired domestic worker, died Sunday at Medical Plaza Hospital. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. today in the New Hope Baptist Church. The Rev. Michael J. Moore, pastor of the church, will officiate. Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery. Boyd-Smith-White Mortuary have charge of arrangements. Mrs. Wyatt was born in Madill, Okla., the daughter of Joe and Carrie Gilliam and attended Bethel public schools. She married the Rev. Samuel Houston Wyatt in Grayson County. She was a member of the Greater New Hope Baptist Church. Surviving are her son, Joe Grant Wyatt of Saginaw, Mich.; daughters, Oudia Spencer and Ruth Reed, both of Sherman, and Mary F. Craft of Saginaw, Mich.; sister, Jennie Adams of Sherman; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. R.B.
