 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas  Albert J. Copeland 1863 - 1921 The Denison Herald Sunday, October 16, 1921 pg. 2 ALBERT SIDNEY COPELAND, 58, DIES IN SHERMAN Sherman, Oct. 15 - Albert Sidney J. Copeland, 58 years of age, died in a local hospital at 8 o'clock Thursday evening following a week's illness. Mr. Copeland, who has lived in Sherman nearly twenty years, has been in bad health for the past several months, and only recently returned from St. Louis where he had spent some time receiving treatment in the Frisco Hospital. Mr. Copeland has for a number of years been an engineer of a stationery plant at the local Frisco shops. Mr. Copeland is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anne Copeland and the following brothers and sisters: Ottie Copeland of Carthage, Texas; Joe Copeland of Van Alstyne; Jim Copeland and Mrs. J.M. White of Amarillo; Mrs. Sam Weeks and Mrs. Addie Bell of Ardmore, Oklahoma. Funeral services were from the home of his brother-in-law, T.A. Dixon, 1400 North Cleveland avenue at 3:30 o'clock Friday afternoon, and burial was in West Hill cemetery.
