Harper 23 July 1930 - 14 November 2018 wed 24 September 1954  Sherman - Funeral services for Cleo Harper, 88, of Sherman were held Saturday afternoon, November 17, 2018 at the Waldo Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at West Hill Cemetery, Sherman. She was born on July 23, 1930 in Electra, Texas, daughter of Emmitt and Josie Lena McKinney Rodgers. Cleo was raised and lived in Electra until 1966 when she moved to Snyder, Texas and lived there most of her life. She moved to Sherman in 2005. She passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at The Traditions Senior Living in Sherman. Cleo first married Aubrey Raschke and he preceded her in death. She later married Glenn Warren Harper and he also preceded her in death. She is survived by her 3 children, Jan Rushing of Sherman; Cynthia Marrs of Llano, Texas; and Michael Harper and wife, Bethany, of Kingwood, Texas; 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
