Florence, were held at Bratcher-Moore chapel Monday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Duke Barron officiating. Interment was in West Hill Cemetery, Sherman. Mrs. Hestand, widow of Dr. Hestand of Sherman, died Thursday night after a long illness. She had lived in Sherman fifty years before coming to Denison seven years ago. She was a member of the Methodist church.
