CHRISTINA [sic] RITCHIE DEAD Another of Sherman's Pioneer Women Passed Away Last Night Mrs. Christina [sic] Ritchie, 60 years of age, widow of the late Jacob Ritchie, Sr. died at her home in west Sherman, corner of Lamar and Holley streets, last night about 9 o'clock. Funeral services will be held at 6 o'clock this afternoon at the residence, and interment will be in West Hill Cemetery by the body of her husband. She is survived by 5 sons, as follows: Jake Ritchie, Jr., Louis Ritchie, Chris Ritchie, Will Ritchie, and Ike Ritchie. She is also survived by 5 brothers, William Shero, Phillip Shero, Charles Shero, Criss Shero, and Ike Shero. Mrs. Ritchie had lived in Sherman for more than 40 years, and was well known throughout a large circle of friends, who will learn with keen regret of her death.
