 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas  Mattie Belle Brooks 29 March 1932 - 30 November 2003 Harvey Dillard Brooks 30 March 1932 - 12 April 1998 BROOKS Harvey Dillard of Sherman passed away Sunday April 12, 1998. Services will be held Wednesday April 15 in the Dannel Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Officiating will be Dr. James Pledger of the First United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery. Mr. Brooks was a pharmacist for 40 years in the Sherman area and owner of Dixie Drug and Dixie Pharmacy. Surviving is his wife Mickie of Sherman; two son: Jon Brooks and wife Chris of Euless, Jack Brooks and wife Kathleen of Parker; five grandchildren: Meredith Brooks of Euless, Brandye Brooks of Parker, Nathan Brooks of Euless, Logan Brooks of Euless, and Arielle Brooks of Parker; aunts, cousins, nieces, newphes; numerous neighbors and friends. Pallbearers will be Rob Killingsworth, Kevin Mitchell, Max Arterberry, Brad Killingsworth, Howard Hestand, Joe Pannell, Larry Squires, and James Jezek. The family will be at the Dannel Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 14 from 7 until 8 o'clock and other times at the family residence. If desired, memorials may be made to the Salvation Army, Women's Crisis Center, or to the donor's favorite charity.
