Fenet 26 April 1835 - 17 October 1873 McKinney Messenger Thursday, October 23, 1873 pg. 3 TEXAS NEWS We learn from the Patriot that on the 15th inst., the registered vote of Grayson County reached 3,674. The same paper says that on the 17th, Dr. J.N. Fenet, one of the proprietors of the livery stable on the south side of the public square at the place, while in one of the stalls of the stable, was kicked to death by one of the horses before assistance could reach him.
