Friday, May 28, 1920 pg. 4 BOY KILLS PLAYMATE WITH AUTOMATIC GUN Sherman, May 24 - Carl Scott, 4-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. C.C. Scott, was instantly killed at the residence of his parents at about 10 a.m. today, when a bullet from a 38-Colts automatic pistol in the hands of his seven-year-old uncle, Milton Draper, penetrated the right side of his head. The two boys were playing together in a room by themselves, and no one in the house was aware that Milton had secured possession of and was playing with the pistol until the report of the shot was heard. Milton is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Scott and made his home with them.
