 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas  Rosa Melton 12 October 1892- 12 February 1957 The Dallas Morning News February 14, 1957 Sherman, Texas - Funeral services for Mrs. Rosa Melton, 65, who died Tuesday in a Sherman hospital after a 2 weeks' illness were held Thursday afternoon at the Barrett Funeral Chapel. Burial was in West Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Melton is survived by one son, James R. Melton of Dallas; daughter, Mrs. Fred Hahnel of Denison; 2 brothers, Henry Stinson of Denver, Colorado and Ollie Stinson of Kendrick, Oklahoma; 7 sisters, Mrs. Grace Miller of Ft. Worth; Mrs. Helen Harmon of Denison; Mrs. Lillian Daugherty of Dallas; Mrs. Fannie Russell of Denison; Mrs. Alva Evans of Durant, Oklahoma; Mrs. George McGinnis of Mountain City, Kansas; Mrs. Flora Miller of Los Angeles, California; and one grandson.
