Dallas Morning News 18 September 1926 pg 3 Former Sherman Man Dies Special to the News Sherman, Texas, Sept. 17 - Funeral services and burial for Clarence Milton Stollings, who died in Los Angeles, California, last Monday, were held here Saturday morning in the West Hill Cemetery. Rev. S.W. Williams, pastor of the Travis Street Methodist Church, officiated. The Masonic Lodge was in charge of the service at the grave. Mr. Stollings was born May 3, 1892, and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. M.L. Stollings, who resided in the 700 block on North Maxey street. At the time of his death he wa a geologist for the Richfield Oil Company, Long Beach, California. He was an overseas veteran, a member of the 132nd Field Artillery, volunteers. His death is said to have resulted from an acute kidney trouble. The following brothers and sisters survive: Robert Stollings, Albany; Mrs. Frank Urban, Los Angeles, California, and Mrs. Will Bush, McKinney.
