Thursday, September 4, 1930 pg.2 Young Man Killed in Auto Accident Sherman - Kyle James Durham, 20, former Sherman High School student, was fatally injured in an automobile collision at the intersection of East Lamar and South Maxey streets at about 7 o'clock Saturday night. He died in a hospital here a short time after the accident. Mace Henderson, negro driver of the automobile which struck the car in which Durham was a passenger, was charged with murder in charges filed by County Attorney Joe P.
