A year or two later Mr. F.G. Prosas became associated with him in the business which was continued by them jointly a number of years. T hey experimented in the growing of tobacco down on Red River one year, but had trouble in curing it and the project was abandoned. Mr. Woollacott moved to Sherman about 12 years ago, where he worked at his trade of cigar making until he was forced to retire on account of ill health. The wife and one daughter survive; the latter, Mrs. F.H. Wright, resides in California. The funeral took place from the Episcopal Church, Sherman, Wednesday morning. Deceased was 75 years of age. Mr. Woollacott was an occasional visitor to Denison after his removal to Sherman, and al ways received a hearty welcome from his old friends. He was a good man, and all who knew him will join with the writer in extending sympathy to the bereaved wife and daughter.
