(Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) Monday, June 28, 1982 pg. 11 Three People Killed in Head-On Collision Three people died in a head-on collision in Bryan County; 2 people drowned when their car went off a bridge in Ottawa County and 2 others died in separate crashed, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Sunday. Douglas J. Owen, 24, of Denison, Texas, died after the car he was driving crossed the center line and struck an oncoming car at 5 p.m. Sunday on Oklahoma 78, the Highway Patrol said. Also killed in the crash were the driver of the second car, Robert Lynn Scivally, 20, of Hendrix, and David Alan Ritchey, 16, of Valley View, Texas. A second passenger, Kristie D.
