 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas  Glenda Nell Miller Womack, 78, of The Colony, Texas passed from this life on Sunday, July 14, 2019 in Plano, Texas, surrounded by her family. Graveside services were held Friday afternoon at West Hill Cemetery, Sherman. Pastor Jeff Cady of The Colony officiated. Glenda graduated from Sherman High School and attended Brookhaven College. An avid reader with a love for gardening, Glenda was always faithful to her church, faith and family; these were he greatest loves. Her career expanded years as an Executive Assistant for Frito Lay. Later in life she enjoyed her work in the cosmetic industry serving her clients and providing exception customer service through her long career with Estee Lauder, beginning at Sanger Harris, Foley's and finally Macy's prior to retiring. Glenda was preceded in death by her father, Hurley Benjamin "Bennie" Miller; mother, Mae Dee Perry; and step-father, Rev. Gerald D. Perry. She is survived by her daughter, Misty Williams; grandchildren: Hannah Womack-Moya; Drew Alexander Williams and partner, Cara; Bethany Grace Bankes and husband, Tim. Great-grandchildren: Noe Alexander Bankes and Adrian Blaze Womack-Moya; sister, Dianna and husband, Joe McNew; favorite nieces, Tammy McNew, Kym Glass and Verna Morneau; and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews. Pallbearers were Joe McNew (brother-in-law), Drew Williams (grandson); Tim Bankes (grandson-in-law); Jeffrey Nielson; and cousins Joey Morneau, Devin Howell, Hayden Howell and Jeremy Bunch Services were under the direction of Dannel Funeral Home, Sherman, Texas.
