 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas The Herald Banner March 15, 2011 Sherman - Gloretta "GoGo" Scruggs, 60, Sherman resident, passed away Friday, March 11, 2011 at Texas Health Presbyterian-WNJ in Sherman. Services were held Thursday morning at Friendly Church of God in Christ in Sherman with Bishop T.W. Johnson, pastor, officiating. Burial followed in West Hill Cemetery. Ms. Scruggs was born on April 20, 1950 in Sherman, daughter of Herman and Charsie Bange Scruggs, Sr. Surviving are her brothers, Herman Scruggs, Jr. of Sherman; Goodson Scruggs and wife, Jean, of Denison; and Roscoe Scruggs of Los Angeles, California; sisters, Eula Gundy of Los Angeles; Margaret Wiley and husband, Charles, of Missouri City; and Donnie V. Boyd and husband, Billy, of Sherman; aunt, Bernice Bevels of Ft. Worth; and a host of nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Mary Louise Scruggs.
