 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas   The Herald Democrat January 27, 2011 Denison - Graveside funeral services for Janet Odessa White were held Friday morning, January 28, 2011 at West Hill Cemetery. Chaplain Steve Walker of The Hospice Center officiated with services under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home. Mrs. White, 68, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at Denison Manor Nursing Home. Janet was born July 14, 1942 in Sherman, Texas. She graduated from Panama City High School and later earned a degree at Texas Women's University, graduating in 1965. Janet lived most of her life in Ft. Worth, where she worked in the office of Admissions at TCU for over 20 years. Health problems forced her retirement, and she moved to Denison to be near her family. She was member of Parkside Baptist Church. Mrs. White is survived by her father, Charles Osborne, of Sherman; one brother, Chuck Osborne and wife, Linda, of Howe; newphe, Ian Osborne and wife, Erica, of Sherman; and her aunt, Nell Ruth Viars and husband, Buddy.
