Thursday, January 12, 1939 pg.1 SHERMAN YOUTH DIES AFTER AUTO ACCIDENT Sherman, Tex., Jan. 12 (UP) - Ted Wheeler, Sherman youth, died on Wednesday in an Austin hospital from injuries received in an automobile accident Monday night. Wheeler was a freshman at the University of Texas. Attending physicians said he suffered a skull fracture, broken jaw, concussion of the brain and lacerations of the head and arms.
