 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas   Garry Douglas Moody, 66, entered into eteranal life Saturday, November 29, 2014 in Denison, Texas. Mr. Moody was born June 7, 1948 in Dallas, Texas, son of Paul Thomas and Violet Lackey Moody, Sr. As a teen, he moved to Howe with his parents. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. Garry worked in the HVAC industry, managing several wholesale warehouses in Dallas and Sherman before retiring to Denison. His joy was his children and grandchildren, studying his Bible, and going fishing. Mr. Moody leaves behind his beloved family: wife, Donna Moody, of Denison; sons, Johnny Moody and wife, Melanie, of Allen, Texas; Brian Ross and wife, Marcy, of Howe, Texas; Michael Ross and wife, Michelle, of Sherman, Texas; and Christian Moody of Denison; 10 grandchildren; brother, Paul Thomas Moody, Jr. and wife, Juanita, of Sherman, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Michael Glenn Moody. Funeral services were held Friday, morning, December 5, 2014 at Fisher Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Moody officiating. Private interment was held at West Hill Cemetery in Sherman, Texas.
