 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas  Sue Hickman Thomas 12 September 1906 - 20 March 1994  Sherman Democrat March 22, 1994 A-6 Graveside services for Sue Leta Thomas, 87, of Sherman, retired sales clerk, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in West Hill Cemetery. She died Sunday at Medical Plaza Hospital. The Rev. Bob Walker, pastor of Key Memorial United Methodist Church, will officiate. Dannel Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Mrs. Thomas was born in the Cannon community, the daughter of Nelson Lee and Effie Cameron Paige. She graduated from Sherman public schools. On April 14, 1978 she married Ned Thomas in Sherman. She had been employed as a sales clerk in Corpus Christi. In 1970, she returned to Sherman and was a member of the church of Christ. Surviving are her husband; stepson, Roy Merrill of Muskogee, Okla.; two step grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Key Memorial United Methodist Church, 901 E.
