- Graveside services for Sidney L. "Ned" Pleasant, 78, of Sherman were
held Friday morning at West Hill Cemetery with C.E. Shaw officiating.
Ned died Monday, August 19, 2013 at the Texoma Health Care Center
in Sherman. He is survived by his son, Michael Pleasant of Sherman; sisters, Johnnie Jerrall and Mary Pleasant Holland, both of Sherman; brothers, Bobby R. Pleasant of Oxnard, California; Welby S. Pleasant of Sherman; and Theodore Pleasant of Ft. Worth; and 6 grandchildren. Services were under the direction of Scoggins Funeral Home in Howe.
