 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas   Margaret Ora Mackey 1914 - 1954 Raymond A. Mackey 1913 - 1990 Ruth Hill Mackey 1914 - 1980 Sherman Democrat P. A8 February 21, 1990 Masonic graveside services for Raymond Andrew Mackey, 77, who died Monday in Muskogee, Oklahoma, were held at 10 a.m. Thursday in West Hill Cemetery. Memorial services were held today at Bradley Funeral Home in Muskogee. Rev. David Griffin, retired Baptist minister, officiated. Local arrangements were under the direction of Dannel Funeral Home. Mr. Mackey was born in Howe, the son of Joe Mackey and Ollie Rex Mackey, and attended school in Grayson County. He served in the Navy during World War II. He married Margaret Ora Page, and after her death, married Ruth Hill in 1958. Mr. Mackey worked at the Calgary Chemical Company and also as a farmer and rancher. He was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Travis Masonic Lodge No. 117 in Sherman and the International Brangus Breeders Association. Surviving are his sisters, Jimmie Calhoun of Sherman, Mary Susan Hayes of Pueblo, Colorado, Velma Jo Lucas of Wichita Falls and Betty Brigham of Lubbock. Memorials may be made to the International Brangus Breeders Youth Scholarship Fund, 5740 Epsilon, San Antonio, Texas 78249.
