in Life Care Center in Plano, Texas. Elmer was born January 3, 1911 in Madill, Oklahoma. He graduated from Mead High School; attended SOSU and served in the U.S. Army during World War II and retired as a civil service employee from Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City.
